Insurance & Payment Overview
Onward Healing is an out-of-network practice, meaning we do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is made at the time of service.
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement, and clients often receive partial reimbursement after sessions.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for therapy services.
Superbills Included
After each session, we provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most clients file these through their insurance portal, mail, or fax as needed.

Cost
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim.
For example, a $200 session would have a $10 Mentaya fee.
